Feel the Energy: As you immerse yourself in this tranquil setting, feel the energy around you. Visualise a warm, golden light surrounding you, protecting and nurturing you. This light is a reflection of your inner wisdom and the connection to your spirit guide.

Meeting Your Spirit Guide

Call on Your Guide: With your heart open and your mind calm, gently call out to your spirit guide. You might say softly in your mind, “I invite my spirit guide to come to me now. I am ready to receive guidance and wisdom.”

Wait and Observe: Take a moment to simply be. Allow any thoughts, feelings, or sensations to arise without judgement. Trust that your spirit guide is present, waiting to connect with you.
