I started publicly prophesying a warning message about an impending time of world trouble, called the Big Shock, almost 20 years ago. I shared this warning through multiple outlets, including my own websites, and via both a video series posted on MySpace, called the ‘Hypnotic Prophet’ and in a podcast series too. I also appeared online in radio interviews conducted by Ian Jones to share these warnings, which were broadcast on the Spirit Guides Network Radio Show. As the years went by, I also referred to the Big Shock warning directly in my book Living With A Higher Power and indirectly in my fictional books Eternal Flames and Ghostman and Ghostwoman. Some people, at first, may have thought that the messages I shared were merely delusional, but events are proving otherwise.
The world is now reeling from the effects of Covid (sadly, 3.4 million died, according to the World Health Organisation), alongside a financial downturn and cost of living crisis, whilst wars in Ukraine and in Gaza, in parallel with the threat of a militaristic China, that has designs on Taiwan, threaten to tip the world into global war. Simultaneously, dangerous men, in the form of Putin, Netanyahu and Trump currently hold power – armed with nuclear weapons. In ways that at first, when I began to share this warning message, may have seemed ‘alarmist’, today the media routinely publishes headlines like: “Putin warned one nuke-loaded UK submarine could incinerate 40 Russian cities”.
The effects of global warming and pollution also continue to wreck havoc with the world’s biosphere, whilst some selfish nations block efforts to reduce the problem.
Based on the impressions that I’m receiving from the Divine, my psychic sense is that the situation will continue to worsen, unless the Citizens of the World unite, to ensure that governments from all parts of the world act in unison, for the best interests of the inhabitants of the world, and the planet itself.
Let’s take a look back in time, to some of the warnings I posted back in about 2008 / 2009, that demonstrate that my spirit guides could see what was coming and that what I wrote and said then is now turning out to be true.

What does the future hold for you?
The messages I receive from Spirit when I’m channelling are telling me that our world is heading for some very troubling times. I’m being warned that we’re not doing enough to tackle violence, climate change and greed-inspired materialism. And as a result we’re heading for a ‘Big Shock’ of our own making which will culminate in a time (in the not too distant future) when we will reach a point where our society will teeter on the edge of an abyss of manmade destruction. I believe that we’re already in the lead-up phase to this event.
Can we do anything about this?
Are we doomed to destruction? Can we do anything to stop a tragedy from overcoming us? I believe the answer is yes! And that’s why I believe Spirit is working with me and many other people too at this time in order to bring this warning message to the world – while there’s time for us to mitigate the damage that we’re inflicting upon ourselves and upon planet Earth.
Why is the world like this?
I’m led to understand by Spirit in my channelling experiences that the world has come to be as it is for a number of reasons. These include: 1) many are confused about the nature of Spirit: 2) there exists a sense of hopelessness in ‘the many’, meaning that most individuals have given away their personal power and become deluded into thinking that they ‘can’t do anything about anything’, when in actual fact ‘people power’ is one of the most dynamic forces in existence, it can literally change the course of history: 3) a powerful elite exist who exert an unhealthy dominance of our world and who want to maintain the unholy status quo that currently exists through which they reap benefits by keeping ‘the many’ in subservient roles: 4) and because of the incarnation of Dark Souls in human bodies who are basically malevolent spirits who are manifesting on Earth in large numbers, bent on causing mayhem and destruction (we know them clinically as sociopaths and psychopaths).
Is the abyss the same as Armageddon?
No. I don’t sense that the world will literally end in some cataclysmic battle between good and evil. But I do believe that we might reach a point that, through the culmination of climate change, terrorism, tensions between the big powers, and the ongoing breakdown of the structure of our current society when it might appear that we’re heading for such an event.
What will happen then?
I think Spirit – God – is allowing us to bring ourselves to this point of near-massive-catastrophe to learn a lesson that will be indelibly imprinted on our species at a deep level.
Think about it – if World War 1, Hitler, the Nazi Party and World War 2, the Korean War, Vietnam, Stalin, Pol Pot, Idi Amin, Robert Mugabe, the Iraq Wars, Afghanistan and the scourge of terrorism, plus the pervasive sense that many have regarding the perceived untrustworthiness of many of our political leaders, along with the banking crisis… and so on, haven’t been enough to cause us to change our ways, then it’s going to take a shock of incalculable proportions to do so. I think that’s what we’re probably going to experience.
Why?
I believe that Spirit is working with many people at this time to bring a message of love, peace and justice to all, and that this message will grow stronger and more widely known across the world, probably in direct proportion to the growing troubles, so that as we reach this critical juncture in world history, Spirit, working through ordinary men and women like you and me will be making it known to the world at large that there is another way, a better way, and that as the majority finally embrace this peace-filled way, we will change direction, at the last minute, at a watershed moment in world history and step into a new age, averting planetary disaster (of one degree or another) by a hair’s breadth.

The Hypnotic Prophet Psychic Channelling Video Series that I produce is, I believe, inspired by Spirit to help get the message out to people around the world.
Remember – I don’t claim to be the only person receiving these messages. I don’t claim to be 100% right either (but when you listen to the many accurate examples of precognition that Spirit has given to me you’ll understand that I am very accurate very often).
Neither am I starting some kind of ‘church’ or ‘new religion’. I believe that what I’m promoting, led by Spirit, is the Primal Faith: a belief in an All Powerful, Loving Source of Intelligence that is variously called God, Spirit, The Creator, and so on…
Are you just doing this for the contributions?
Nope! I don’t ask for contributions. I believe this is a Work of God. If it’s my own work then it will likely not amount to much. If this work is being inspired and blessed by a benevolent God in order to present a message through me then it will flourish.
Too many people have been ripped off by so-called ‘gurus’, and ‘masters’ and cults of different kinds whose real motives have been to exert control over their members and gain access to their money as a result.
This work is different. Keep your money. Think for yourself.
Do you expect people to accept everything you say?
Nope! I’m just an ordinary person. Make your own mind up about what’s good for you.
If you haven’t already, wake up from the delusion of ‘consensus reality’. Ask yourself: why do you believe what you believe? How much research have you done regarding the history of the world’s religions? Have you looked at what modern science is discovering about telepathy, psychokinesis and mediumship? Do you keep up-to-date with the news? Do you trust politicians just because they are politicians? Maybe it’s time for you to do some thinking about where your beliefs have come from and whether or not they are based on reality? Do they benefit you, or do they hold you back?
I believe I’m channelling messages from Spirit which are a warning to our current time. You make of this – and me, what you will. And then do what’s best for you. But whatever you do, don’t expect or ask me to do the thinking for you. I’m just an ordinary person.
What does the future hold after the ‘Big Shock’?
My sense is, based on the channelled messages I receive that the ‘Big Shock’ is going to be a pivotal moment in human history, the result of which will be that we will change drastically as a society and become more Spirit-led. People will work together – rather than against each other. Peace and justice will be the norm. Channelling, prophecy and spirit communication will be natural and God’s presence will be manifest in more obvious ways in the world. (This is already beginning to happen.) We will begin to repair our environment, treat animals with compassion – and create a more beautiful world in the process. It’s going to be very positive!

2012 – Doomsday?
I was recently asked by a friend of mine who’d just heard someone speak on the subject of 2012 for my views on the subject and whether or not I thought the world was heading for a severe crisis, as many proponents of the 2012 theory propend. As this issue relates to the subject of this blog I have posted some of my reply here, for readers to see too:
‘I don’t know of John Marsh or his work, so I can’t comment specifically…I am aware of the 2012 concerns…and it seems that people interpret the prophesies in different ways. Some interpret them to herald a massive catastrophe – while others suggest they are merely a metaphor for the ‘death’ of the ‘old way’ and the ‘birth’ of the ‘new way’. I suspect there are elements of truth in both interpretations. Personally I’m guided, as a result of my own channelling experiences, to believe that the world is in for some bumpy times, and as a result I believe Spirit is inspiring me to write about this subject in my blog http://www.kerin-beautiful-day.co.uk/blog.html…I think we are in for a time of trial – but I don’t think that the healing that has been (and is being) done by Light-workers around the world is for nothing. I think that this is Spirit working with those who are moved to do so (probably representing souls who have incarnated at this time with this specific mission?) to help pull humanity back from the brink. Had the Light-workers not been doing what they have (and are), then I suspect that the worst might happen. I am, I believe, also told by Spirit that there are many ‘Dark Souls’ incarnating at this time, souls who enjoy causing suffering. Which answers, perhaps, why there are currently so many psychopaths and sociopaths on the loose in the world (about 5% of the population – which amounts to millions worldwide) and why, so often, such men and women manage to reach positions of power and then cause so much damage while they’re there. These souls show no remorse – nor have they any compassion or pity… I remember hearing years ago of the saying: ‘There is no such thing as evil, only misdirected good’, and when I thought about that, back then, I struggled with it, because there is so much evidence for the existence of evil in the world’s history. Similarly, just a week or so ago, I was reading a book on channelling which, on many levels, was excellent, but which also included a statement to the effect of: ‘There is nothing to fear, fear is the enemy – we will be protected (etc)’ and that statement simply doesn’t gel with the reality of the world…My sense is that the ‘balance of power’ will turn in favour of the Light and the Light-workers on this earth and that those who do evil will now begin to suffer the repercussions of their own actions more often. And my sense is that Spirit wants humanity to learn the lessons of its mistakes, in order to be ready to move into the better ‘age’ that’s to come (and not slip back into old habits once there). In our current world it is too easy for the evil to do evil and ‘get away with it’. To a degree this is because large parts of society have failed to respond as a united front to make it known that those who do evil will not be tolerated by the decent majority. Spirit, I believe, wants the decent majority to unite, thereby accepting personal responsibility for our role in the matter of the state of our world (and in the process turn to Spirit wholeheartedly so that the seeds can be sown for a better way of life)…I don’t think the world will be decimated – as some allude, but only because there is a bigger more important plan being worked out down here. Humanity, left to its own devices (or should I say, historically speaking, many of the the ‘leaders’ of humanity…) has a track record of using all the weapons of war it creates. And our (ongoing) mismanagement of the environment beggars belief – when the potential consequences are taken into account (China, for example, is still building loads of coal-fired power stations at an incredible rate – each one of which pumps dangerous carbon into the atmosphere)…Whether this will all come to a head by 2012, I can’t say. But it will likely come to a head at sometime in this century, as many level-headed scientists attest when they look at the cumulative effects of global warming and the likely coming oil shortages and food shortages, etc. But we do have time to unite, as a world, to do something about this. The sooner we do, the better – and the less painful the results will be the more quickly we unite and act. So it’s a double message: I think there are indeed some hard times to come – but I do believe there is good on the other side. What’s more, I believe we are part of the solution!

I sense that the world is heading for some difficult times. What’s more, I’ve written about this and have been saying this to others for some time now, based on the messages I receive psychically from my guides. It seems (my understanding is) that unless we give ourselves a shock of extreme proportions we will not change (and we will continue to bring suffering upon ourselves unless we change drastically). Therefore we’re being allowed to bring ourselves to the brink of a disaster in order to give ourselves the wakeup shock that’s required. The sad thing of course is that many will continue to suffer at the hands of others as a result, until this momentous event occurs. (This has already begun in the form of the terrible acts of violence and confrontation that are taking place around the globe, the greed-fueled mismanagement of the world economy and the death and destruction that’s being caused by our mismanagement of the environment.)
The good news is that I sense that God, Spirit, is even now working through millions of decent men and women, living in all nations of the world so that as the world approaches this frightening juncture in history there will develop a momentum of peace-loving people, filled by faith in God/Spirit who will help lead those who are ready to turn to The Light to a better way of living, in the process of which, those who have been responsible for causing much of the evil that occurs in the world will lose their power to do so. When the people of the world truly unite – no government or dictator can withstand the combined energy of millions working together for peace, with Spirit, in order to create a new world. Then I sense that a new era will begin to develop in which the old selfish, materialistic, prejudiced order will fall away to be replaced by a Spirit of cooperation, honesty, kindnesses and peace. And this better way of life will become the order of things – through the united will of the people of the world, working, at last, in partnership with God.
I believe then that ‘a moment of decision’ is approaching. I understand too that I could be wrong. But I’m saying what I’m saying based on years of accurate messages received by me from Spirit, many of which have had a precognitive element to them. Therefore, in a faith based on experience I write and say what I believe Spirit is inspiring me (and others) to convey. Time will tell. But if things worsen as I believe they will – whose side will you be on? That of a dying system – or will you be working with those who are uniting for peace, with Spirit, to usher in a better age?
Let’s unite around the world for a Peace Revolution and change things together.

Crunch time?
The message I get from Spirit about our current world situation is that humanity is being allowed to ‘go it’s own way’ – up to a point. I understand that we’re going to bring ourselves to a ‘crunch’ point in the history of humanity, a moment at which we almost pass the point of no return. And that it will take a self-inflicted fright of such great proportions to cause us to buck our ideas up and move closer to Spirit, changing the way we run our world in the process, to avert total catastrophe. With the advent of modern telecommunications and serious scientific research taking place into the subject of survival, reincarnation, channelling and such like, there is now a large body of evidence and a correspondingly significant number of evolved souls who have chosen to incarnate on this planet, at this time, in order to help guide humanity into the truth about our shared destiny – and our shared responsibility. I believe that our society will soon begin to polarise around two viewpoints:
1) the Spirit-led perspective which seeks to manage our world with care and respect, and to live with love and kindness towards our fellow human beings and the animals with whom we share this world and…
2) the materialistic group of people who might give lip-service to issues like environmentalism and peace, but who in reality are motivated by ambitions that are just set on acquiring money and power.
I suspect that this second group will turn out to be quite intransigent when it comes to putting the environment and life ahead of pollution and death. This second group of people can already be seen sometimes inhabiting positions of power in governments around the world, through which they maintain policies that are geared towards promoting one-upmanship and positions of superiority over other nations through military might or economic power… as well as in the form of some CEOs overseeing large corporations who clearly put material acquisition above their responsibilities to life and compassion, in the process being prepared to pollute, inflict pain and suffering, literally putting money above lives, because they’re ruled by greed end ego. And of course, there are also terrorists and other criminals who similarly fall into this dangerous group.
Now, somewhere in the middle of these two polar extremes are currently a large number of people who are not innately evil, but who are generally apathetic, who want things to work out for the best, but who’re not prepared to do very much about it… at least not until the situation becomes so dicey that they begin to realise that such a docile position is untenable and what’s more is likely to cause them significant problems as the situation worsens. I believe then, that as the world situation deteriorates further, large numbers of humanity will cross a psychological threshold, so to speak. When this happens, millions will start to align themselves with the light workers, who, in effect, by incarnating to help prepare the ground at this time in history have formed an ‘advance guard’ of sorts, in anticipation of this moment. In the process, as people around the world choose to embrace the Light and to reject Evil the sociopathic Dark Souls who are incarnating in such large numbers at this time in history will become much more easy to identify and as a result they’ll lose their ability to manipulate the masses and their power will wane. They will no longer be allowed to wield power in government, or in corporations, or to whip up hatred or greed in order to channel it into terrorism or other forms of crime. And then humanity will, I believe, step forward into a new age, leaving behind the era of Evil that has engulfed our world up until now. You see, I sense that humanity has to want to change. Spirit will not force it upon us. But Spirit will help us step back from the edge of catastrophe – just before it’s finally too late. And as a result humanity will have learned a lesson about where violence and greed leads – which will, hopefully, last for all time.
