Reuters / IPSOS Poll: Trump’s Approval Falls To 36 Percent

A poll published today by Reuters / IPSOS shows that Donald  Trump’s approval has fallen to 36 percent. Whilst it is heartening to note that the majority of decent Americans disapprove of Donald Trump’s illegal war, war crimes and mismanagement of the US and world economy, it is nevertheless deeply troubling that even after the horrific deaths of innocent Iranians caused by his illegal war so many Americans would still maintain any kind of approval for this terrible man and his evil administration. Given that the facts of the deaths (including American deaths) caused by Trump’s illegal war are freely available, this means that 36 percent of Americans are in collusion with Trump. As such, arguably, it seems, based on the evidence, that most if not all of these nasty minded individuals are no better than the Germans who directly, or indirectly, supported the 20th century Nazis, as they also attacked nearby countries, whilst mistreating Jewish citizens, eventually sending them by trains to death camps. The principle is the same. Shame on the Trumpian 36 percent! Thank goodness the majority of Americans are on the right side of history. Let’s hope they can raise their combined voice loud enough to have Trump and his administration legally removed from power. He is not suitable for high office – and he must give account of himself for his part in the war crimes that have been committed on his orders.

The Impending Saudi Issue

Donald Trump’s stupid, insane violence and lack of strategic planning has handed the Iranian regime a powerful trump card, in its ability to control the Strait of Hormuz. This matter portends an alarming possibility, in the form of potential Saudi involvement. It is unrealistic to suggest that Saudi Arabia will allow Iran to block its ability to sell its oil to the world through the Strait of Hormuz indefinitely. Saudi Arabia is a powerful, heavily-armed country which has the strength to defend its interests. If Trump doesn’t get to grips with this problem of his own making, not only will he continue to damage the world economy, but he could be responsible for starting a Middle Eastern war, if Saudi is unable to use alternative routes for its exports. No doubt, 36 percent of Trumpian Americans will approve
